OLLIE COLE HEAD COACH

Ollie leads the direction of training at The Kaizen Movement, with a strong focus on building real strength, movement, and control.

He has worked alongside exercise physiotherapists in boutique studios, coached within CrossFit gyms, and trained under leading movement coaches including Harry O Williams, Jackson Lennon, the Sthenics crew, Miguel Sant’ana, and Andrii Bondarenko. These experiences have shaped his approach to strength, skill, and movement.

The Kaizen Movement was founded in 2021, and since then Ollie has coached hundreds of members, helping people at all levels build strength, develop new skills, and progress beyond where they thought possible.

COACHING STAFF

We only work with coaches who have mastered their craft. These aren’t generic PTs. Each coach brings a specific discipline, from gymnastics and calisthenics to hand balancing, strength, and mobility.

All coaches apply the core Kaizen principles, where movement, strength, and mobility are developed together to build a capable body.

While we aim for a consistent team, some coaches travel, continue their own training, or step away for family commitments. It’s part of the culture.

No matter who you train with, the standard stays the same. Purposeful coaching. Clear progressions. Better movement over time.
