COACHING EXPERIENCE

Ollie has worked alongside exercise physiotherapists in boutique training studios, coached within CrossFit gyms, and trained under some of the best movement coaches in the field. His experience includes mentorship and workshops with Joachim Hilderson, Jon Yuen, Harry O Williams, Jackson Lennon, the Sthenics crew, Miguel Sant’ana, and Andrii Bondarenko, all of which have helped shape his approach to strength, movement, and skill development.

The Kaizen Movement was founded in 2021, and since then Ollie has coached hundreds of members, helping people at every level build strength, develop new skills, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
